We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.We are looking for Product Managers to drive product initiatives from inception through execution. This is a unique opportunity for someone with vision to architect and manage an industry-changing platform that helps change the way we deal with money. You will be able to drive impact and launch products/features across our global footprint. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product strategy for our API ecosystem (REST, WebSocket, and FIX), ensuring it supports the needs of institutional, quantitative, and retail power users.
- Feature Ownership: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of API products, from technical specifications and documentation to developer portal enhancements and rate-limiting logic.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive benchmarking against top-tier global exchanges to identify gaps in our API performance, latency, and data granularity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Infrastructure teams to prioritize backlogs and ensure seamless delivery of high-availability trading endpoints.
- Developer Experience (DX): Champion the developer journey by maintaining best-in-class documentation, SDKs, and sandboxes that reduce integration friction for new partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs related to API uptime, latency, throughput, and adoption rates to drive data-driven product iterations.
- Client Integration: Act as the technical point of contact for top-tier VIPs and Institutional clients during their onboarding. Debug complex connectivity issues and gather direct feedback from traders to refine our endpoints.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically focused on technical products, APIs, or trading platforms within Fintech or Crypto.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of API protocols (REST, WebSocket, and FIX) and the ability to engage in technical discussions about system architecture and latency optimization.
- Trading Lifecycle Knowledge: Strong familiarity with exchange mechanics, including market data distribution, orderbook and OTC trading, risk management, account management and reporting needs.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to use data and user feedback to solve complex technical problems and prioritize high-impact features.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Passion for Crypto: A deep interest in the Web3 ecosystem and a commitment to building the future of decentralized and centralized finance.
