Requirements

Key Responsibilities: Analyze user behavior and product performance data to identify growth opportunities and trends. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define metrics and performance indicators for tracking success. Conduct experiments and A/B testing to assess the impact of product changes on user engagement and growth. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the product development process. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and growth initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in product analysis, data analytics, or a related role. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics). Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong communication skills to present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
