As an Associate in the Strategy team, you will play a critical role in shaping, executing, and monitoring Foodics' strategic agenda. You will work directly with senior leadership on high- impact projects spanning strategy design, execution planning, project management, and performance management. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to top-tier strategic thinking and the opportunity to drive execution in a fast-growing tech scale-up.
What Will You Do❓
- Strategy Design
- Support development of long-term company strategy, operating model evolution, and vertical/horizontal priorities
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, identifying new opportunities across SaaS, fintech, retail, and international markets
- Prepare materials for board, investor, and leadership discussions with clear, data-backed insights
- Execution Planning
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Commercial, Finance, International) to align execution with company-wide goals
- Support resource allocation and prioritization decisions
- Project Management
- Track and coordinate key strategic projects, ensuring delivery against milestones
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate and problem-solve proactively
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and outcomes
- Performance Management
- Support the design and tracking of KPIs/OKRs across verticals, horizontals, and geographies
- Analyze performance against targets, providing insights and recommendations for course correction
- Contribute to quarterly and annual business reviews with leadership
- 1-3 years' experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, or a similar analytical/strategic role
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides, storytelling)
- Proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or F&B/retail industries is a plus
- Hands-on skills in SQL for basic querying and analysis
- Familiarity with Python for data wrangling or light automation
- Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, Looker, Tableau) to track and visualize KPIs
