Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Account Manager specializing in SLED (State, Local, and Education markets) and Corporate accounts. The Business Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying and driving new business opportunities, and serving as a key liaison between WadiTek and clients. Responsibilities include monitoring client requirements, creating tailored solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders. Additionally, this role involves networking, business development, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of industry trends and client needs.


Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management, account management, and business development skills
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and capitalize on business growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of SLED (State, Local, and Education) and Corporate markets, including relevant processes and trends
  • Experience working in technology solutions, staffing, consulting, or similar industries
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration with internal teams to deliver client solutions
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Salesforce, customer relationship management software, and data systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for relevant certifications or training
  • An existing book of clients
